1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).
3. Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong product was sent.
Important: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue so we can make it right immediately.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions.
Ship the Package: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Returns sent without prior approval or tracking may not be processed.
5. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind/incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover all return shipping expenses.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
